Payment, Coupon Codes, Shipping, & Returns


We will accept any of the following for payment:

  • Credit Card - We accept the following credit cards for payment:  Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Your card must be issued by a US-based bank. A minimum order of $10 is required for credit card payments. Please note that the billing address you provide to us must match the billing address on file at your bank, otherwise the transaction will not process. If you have any questions, please contact us.


  • Personal Check - up to a maximum of $100 from buyers in the lower 48's, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No starter checks. Check must be drawn on a US bank and must have buyer name/address imprinted on check. Starter checks are not accepted. We ship only to the address printed on the check. Merchandise may be held until check clears (waiver will be considered for established customers upon request).


  • USPS Money Order - We accept USPS (US Postal Service) Money Order ONLY. We regret that we are unable to accept any bank and/or store-issued money orders at this time. Non-USPS money orders will be returned with request for repayment by acceptable method. Merchandise can be shipped to ANY address when payment is made by this method.


  • Paypal - We accept all forms of Paypal except e-checks. Please note that a minimum order of $10.00 is required if paying by Paypal. Payment must be in US Dollars only, from a US-Registered Paypal account. We ship only to the mailing address provided on the Paypal Payment Notice (That is the name/shipping address that you select during the Paypal checkout process).

Please note that any order valued at $200.00 or higher will require a signature at the time of delivery. This requirement is mandatory, regardless of your chosen payment method. The value of your package is the total amount that you pay for your order, including shipping and any taxes (if applicable).


From time to time, Coupon Codes may appear either on our site, or on other sites and/or blogs, offering some kind of "Special" on one or more products being sold in our store. Coupons can be used on items and/or categories as specified in connection with the coupon code. Please note that coupons cannot be used on items in our "Klearance Korner" category, or on items specifically identified in the item description as a clearance item.
If you have a coupon code, it must be entered in the "Promo" box which is found on the last page of the Checkout process.
Effective 09 July 2013, to qualify for any offer, the coupon code MUST be entered during Checkout, at the time you are completing your order. If you have a problem, please contact us BEFORE you make your purchase. Coupon Codes cannot be processed retroactively.
Almost always, the complaint we get is that the coupon code "does not work". In 99.999% of cases, the reason is does not work is because it is being incorrectly entered. The code quoted, and the code you enter, MUST match EXACTLY. If you put a space where there should not be one for example, it will be rejected.
To avoid this problem, we strongly recommend that you use copy/paste - highlight and copy the coupon code on the page where it is posted, then go to the Promo Box on the checkout page, right-click INSIDE the Promo box, (your cursor should appear inside the box). A drop-down menu will appear - click on "Paste" from the drop-down menu. The exact coupon code will be pasted in the Promo Box (as long as you have followed the directions correctly).
Again, if you have any problems, CONTACT US PRIOR TO PURCHASE. We are unable to process coupon codes retroactively after your purchase has been completed.




Please note that we ship ONLY to the mainland USA (lower 48 contiguous states), plus Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and all US Territories covered by US domestic postage.

We will also gladly ship to any active-duty US Military Personnel and their family members based overseas who use Military Post Office services (APO, FPO, DPO, etc).  

For all other international destinations, we respectfully request that you do not ask us to ship to your country as we are unable to accommodate your request at this time. Thank you for your co-operation.

Our shipping time frame varies from product to product. The time frame for each product is quoted in the listing. This information can be found to the right of the main photograph, two lines below the price (See "Availability"). The number of days quoted are "Business Days", which do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Day one is the first business day after you place your order. Please check each individual product, as time frames do vary from item to item. You are always welcome to send us a message prior to any purchase to verify shipping time frames.

Some of our products come with free shipping. "Free Shipping" is clearly stated where offered. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned "Free Ship" items, unless the item is returned for exchange due to an error on our part in the original order.

Some products must be shipped separately and alone due to the shape and/or size of the package. These items have a specific rate applied to the individual listing. For most items, multiple purchases can be combined for shipping together in one single package. For these items we offer a flat rate shipping charge based on the $-value of your order. These rates are as follows:

In the interests of complying with copyright laws, there will be NO refund on any item that contains any copyrighted material, such as books, videos, cd's, dvd's, software, patterns, etc, unless the item in question comes factory sealed/shrink-wrapped, and is returned to us unopened, and in the same sealed condition as shipped, with any and all original seals in place and not tampered with. The only exception is quilt kits. Quilt Kits may be returned for refund, however each kit comes with a printed pattern, which is copyrighted material. Therefore when returning a quilt kit, we will instruct you to keep the pattern, and an amount of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of the pattern.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of order date for a refund of the item's purchase price. All shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.Your refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, as long as it is returned in the exact same condition as you received it. All returns must be clean, unused and in the original packaging unless we instruct you differently. Fabric items must be uncut and not sewn or stitched in any way.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned "Free Ship" items.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time frame includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All refunds will be returned via the method used for payment. ie, if you paid via Paypal or Credit Card, your refund will be processed through Paypal or your credit card provider, as appropriate. We will send refund via check for personal check or USPS money order payments. Please note, if you paid by personal check, your refund check will be mailed to you no earlier than 45 days from the date your personal check was deposited in our bank. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund amount due, once we have received and processed the returned item.
